Shipping & Returns
Below are some of are common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.
Items may be returned for Ruffle credit ONLY and must be postmarked within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date to be eligible for return. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Ruffle credit will be applied for the amount paid for the item. When making a return, please include the original packing slip and any notes as to why it is being returned. Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact. Items that appear worn, have stains, or any smells will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. Please allow our customer experience team 3-5 business days to receive your return and process your Ruffle credit. Your credit will automatically be applied towards your next purchase and your balance can be found by logging into your account at http://www.mombunsandruffles.com
Items that are returned to us after 30 days will not be accepted and your account will not be credited, nor will it be shipped back to you. You will have 7 days to come and pick up your item from our home office or your item will be forfeited and donated to a local shelter. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact our customer experience team at hello@mombunsandruffles.com.
We will happily exchange your item for you! Items must be postmarked within 14 days of confirmed delivery date to be eligible for an exchange. Please include your original packing slip detailing what you would like to exchange for, including size and color. In the event we do not have what you are requesting available, you will be notified via email and Ruffle credit will be applied to your account.
Merchandise returned for an exchange must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact. Items that appear worn, have stains, or any smells will not be accepted for an exchange and will not be sent back to you. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product within the 7 days so that you do not miss out on that item since we have limited quantities!

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. **If you don't see the store credit email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
The following items are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
- Shoes
- Jewelry
- Intimates (including bodysuits)
- Swim
- Mystery items
- Grab bags
- Items ending in .99
- Any purchase using a coupon code
- All Holiday Items (sorry...too many people wear them for events and then try to return)
- All items included in any sale or promotion
We do our very best to ensure the quality of the items that we send to you! If you have received an item with any problems (different size or color than ordered) or defects, please contact our customer experience team at hello@mombunsandruffles.com within 5 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 5 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. This situation does not qualify as a defect therefore, only account credit will be given.

Yes! Just choose local pikup at checkout and we will sending you a message now with details to get your notification when it drops at 7pm tonight! you when it is ready to pickup at our home office in St. Charles Missouri.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS.
We offer shipping to the Continental U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of our shipping territories, we will cancel the order.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at hello@mombunsandruffles as soon as possible. We can change the address if the package hasn’t been fulfilled and left our facility. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to reroute your package.
Orders
Below are some common questions about orders.
As soon as your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot make any changes to your order once it is fulfilled.
Once placed, standard orders are processed within 2 business days. Please be advised that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale promotions, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order. We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy.
Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to retroactively apply codes. We are unable to adjust payments/pricing after an order is submitted. If you forgot to use your discount code, it will still be valid to use on your next Avara purchase.
Unfortunately, our system only allows for one discount code per order.
Mobile Boutique
Below are some common questions about our boutique location/mobile boutique.
Our boutique is primarily online but we do have a mobile boutique! You can find our pop-up schedule here or on our social media profiles.
Absolutely! We love doing private events such as open houses, bachelorette parties, botox parties, or anytime you want to get the girls together.
Just fill out this form and we will contact you via phone to finalize all the details.
We adore our hostesses and are grateful that you introduce us to your friends. In exchange for hosting, we offer you 10% of the total spent by your guests as store credit to use on your own purchases. Example: Your guests spend $1500 for the evening; you receive $150 credit to use on your own purchase. We do allow our hostesses to shop first and put things aside. Once we know the credit amount, we apply that to your order and you cover the rest if you are over the credit amount.
We ask that you use your best hostess skills when inviting your guests. We do not require a deposit or fee to book our boutique but we are spending time away from family to be at your event and we need to make it worth our time as well. We ask that you have a minimum of 6-8 guests. Generally that means you should plan to invite around 15 women to attend. We also ask that you provide light snacks/beverages. You don't have to get super fancy, but it always helps the guests feel at home. We will come with the trailer and just need a space to pull up near your home/event space. We do have a dressing room on board, but it is helpful if guests can try on inside your space as well.

We are very detailed here with our model stats and how things fit her. Use that as your guide. Second, head over to our instagram page and check out our stories/highlights for product fit videos with all the details about fit, sizing, and everything you'd need to know about the item. Lastly, if you still aren't sure, you can contact us if you have further questions.
Please be sure to confirm the correct email was provided. Next, be sure that we aren't landing in your spam folder. If you don't open an email from us in a while, it will automatically start filtering to your spam folder. The best way to make sure that doesn't happen is to simply open our emails from time to time and add us to your email contacts. If you have confirmed the email is correct and we aren't found in your spam/junk folder, please contact us.

We take our own photographs of each item on our website and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
Promotions cannot be combined with any other and cannot be applied to gift certificates, shipping fees, taxes or previous purchases. Unfortunately, we don't offer price adjustments.
